Our Structure & State Chapters

Working Together Across Louisiana, Alabama,

and Mississippi

The Gulf States Collision Association brings collision repair businesses and vendor partners together through one regional association with three state chapters.

Our chapter structure gives members a direct voice in the education, training and legislative priorities that affect their state. It builds on GSCA’s foundation of educational events and three-day road tours, with more opportunities for members to participate and help guide our future.

At the center of this work is the consumer. Supporting safe, proper vehicle repairs and informed decisions helps protect families and strengthens the shops that serve them.

Regional Support. Local Leadership.

GSCA’s Executive Board provides direction and oversight for the association. It includes the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Vendor Representative and the three State Chapter Directors.

Executive Director Ementi Coary oversees daily operations and works with the board and chapter leaders to coordinate education, member services, events, communications and association growth.

Each Chapter Director represents their state on the Executive Board, bringing local member input into regional decisions.

Meet your State Chapter Directors.

Louisiana – David Raymond

Mississippi – Ronnie Middelton

Alabama – Josh Shaw

Chapter Directors will reach out to introduce themselves, share information about upcoming chapter calls, and opportunities to get involved.

Help Shape Your Chapter’s Priorities

Every active GSCA member can participate in their state chapter. Chapter discussions will help identify:

● Education and technical training that members need.

● Locations and topics for three-day road tours and other events.

● Legislative and regulatory concerns affecting consumers and repair businesses.

● Opportunities to grow membership and strengthen local participation.

Whether you want to share an idea, help with an event or take an active role in advocacy, your chapter gives you a place to contribute.

How Membership and Legislative Funding Work

Members continue to join and renew through GSCA. Annual dues support the association’s shared administration, communications, member services and educational programming.

Each state chapter will identify its own legislative priorities and raise separate funds for any state lobbying or advocacy initiative it chooses to pursue. Contributions raised for a state’s legislative work will be tracked separately and dedicated to that state’s initiative.

This approach keeps GSCA connected while allowing Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi to address their individual needs.

Be Part of What Comes Next

A stronger association starts with people willing to participate. We encourage shop owners, repair professionals and vendor partners to get involved—and invite fellow shops to join us.

When we work together to protect consumers and support proper repairs, we help build a stronger future for the entire industry.
